Clutch is looking for a Content Specialist for a contracted position with a client of ours.


  • Create compelling content and effective product strategies for web and mobile applications
  • Create social media campaigns in the space of websites, web and mobile applications, and growth initiatives
  • Orchestrate effective tone and personality based on ICPs and User Personas that lead to refreshing and effective social communication
  • Write content for digital product growth including emails, in-app messaging, landing pages, digital marketing experiences, rewards programs, on-page SEO copy, etc.
  • Ensure content strategy and design are aligned, and work closely with design and product teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Facilitate content audits, analysis, and keyword research to identify content gaps and opportunities
  • Organize content architecture to support user journey’s that lead to effective outcomes
  • Test and iterate concepts and ideas with key stakeholders to ensure content is engaging and impactful
  • Collaborate with design teammates and teams (growth, dev, operations, etc) to align messaging and positioning across channels

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with web and mobile applications preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or related field
  • Experience with content audits, analysis, and keyword research
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Experience with social media campaigns and email marketing
