The Content Strategist is a crucial role responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that supports the brand’s marketing goals and enhances customer engagement. This position involves creating, curating, and managing high-quality content across various platforms, ensuring all content aligns with the brand voice and objectives. The Content Strategist will work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to deliver compelling content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.


Content Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand goals and marketing objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audience preferences and trends.
  • Create and manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content across various platforms.

Content Creation:

  • Write, edit, and oversee the production of engaging, high-quality content including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, product descriptions, and website content.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce multimedia content that enhances user engagement.

SEO and Analytics:

  • Optimize content for SEO to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic to the website.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor content performance, track key metrics, and adjust strategies based on data insights.

Community Engagement:

  • Foster and grow the online community by engaging with followers on social media platforms, responding to comments and messages, and participating in discussions.
  • Develop content that promotes community involvement and encourages user-generated content.

Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
  • Maintain consistency across all channels and touchpoints, enhancing the overall brand experience.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Content Manager, or similar role in a consumer-facing industry, preferably in health and wellness.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Experience with video production and editing
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships
