Content Strategy Manager
Position Summary
The Content Manager works as a member of Lirio's Behavioral Design team to bring behavior change interventions to life. The Content Manager will be the primary point of contact between our Behavioral Creative team and the content management system (CMS), responsible for the oversight and maintenance of our content model that enables the team to translate behavioral science concepts into message components to be sent by email, SMS, mobile apps, chatbots, and other modalities. The Content Manager will also be charged with evolving Lirio's content model to be flexible and scalable, maintaining the integrity of our behavioral science and machine learning capabilities across implementations while creating opportunities for clients to customize libraries to accommodate their terminology, branding, and other needs (i.e., tailoring). While the Content Manager will primarily be focused on the content model and management, they will also support content creation, copywriting, and editing as needed.
This position can be fully remote or based in Lirio's Knoxville or Franklin office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Content management (75%):
- Work with Lirio's content management system (CMS) to store, organize, update, and refine content
- Evolve Lirio's content model to support client-variable content while maintaining the core behavioral science components, machine learning capabilities, and ability to scale and reuse components in the Precision Nudging product and optimizing scalability
- Guide and participate in a client-facing content activation process, including coaching clients on content review and CMS navigation, reviewing and reconciling feedback and client tailoring, maintaining quality standards and program requirements, and leading process improvements
- Maintain CMS technical quality standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with Lirio's apps squad to inform improvements to the CMS

Content creation (15%):
- Support creation of content requirements for new behavior change solutions, and periodically review/refine existing content requirements
- Refine content based on input from internal and external (client) reviewers, brand guidelines, or clinical considerations
- Ensure all content meets Lirio's behavioral design requirements, is consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone, and adheres to clients' brand guidelinesCreate behavioral science-informed copy for email, SMS, and push messages, chatbots, landing pages, client-facing and internal documentation, consulting reports, call center scripts, and marketing collateral
- Other duties (10%):
- As needed, serve as behavioral (or creative) design squad leader and oversee the execution of the team's work and delivery of value to the customer
- Document internal processes

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Bachelors Degree
3-5 Years of Experience
Experience with multi-channel content creation
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience with content management systems (CMS) is required.
Experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Mural, or Miro is a plus but not required.
Experience working with information architecture, translation or transcreation of content into multiple languages, and creating content subject to review by regulatory bodies (e.g., FDA, client organization review boards)
