Your role involves creating captivating copy for social media campaigns, blog posts, comparison pages, case studies, newsletters, client communications, and more. You will also maintain a content and social calendar to ensure consistent engagement with our audience.

Tasks

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a content strategy that aligns with Deer Designer’s marketing goals.
  • Create engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, weekly blogs, newsletters, and more.
  • Conduct research and write comparison pages that highlight Deer Designer's advantages over competitors.
  • Collaborate with designers and video editors to create eye-catching imagery for social media posts, events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Capture case studies and testimonials, featuring client success stories to showcase our value.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content that supports our brand's voice and marketing objectives.
  • Use SEO best practices to optimize content and enhance search engine visibility.
  • Monitor content performance using Google Analytics and other tools, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Maintain the content and social media calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
  • Present content ideas to executive decision-makers and engage stakeholders for feedback and alignment.
  • Become an influential voice within the company and industry through the production of high-quality digital content.

Requirements

What you need to have

  • Proven work experience as a Digital Content Writer, preferably in digital services/SaaS (a portfolio is required).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas to executives and stakeholders.
  • Experience in content creation for international companies or clients.
  • Experience with WordPress.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with Google Analytics and/or other analytic tools.
  • Background as a social media manager is a plus.
  • Familiarity with content management tools; experience with Notion is a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

  • Location: Home-based (Philippines) - Permanent work from home, co-working space, beach, wherever you'd like as long as you have a laptop and good internet connection.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8h/day, 1 PM to 10 PM PH time, with core hours from 6 PM to 10 PM (PH time).
  • Designer Referral: Earn Php 15,000 for each successful candidate you refer who joins and stays with us.
  • Paid Time-Off: Enjoy 15 days of paid leave + 10 unpaid days + 2 paid sick days (after 6 months of tenure).
  • Bonuses: Christmas bonus, performance-based increases/bonuses, and opportunities for career progression.

  • Compensation: up to Php 35,000/month
