We are a technology company working to transform credit and banking in Latin America starting with point of sale finance. We aim to build fair, simple and affordable financial services that empower our clients, treating them with dignity, and building financial freedom. We launched in February 2019 and have already served millions of clients and disbursed millions of dollars.

Mission

Craft compelling and persuasive copy that aligns with the brand’s voice, enhances customer engagement, and drives conversions across various marketing channels.

What you will do

  • Produce high-quality copy for a variety of platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
  • Develop concepts and copy for marketing campaigns that contributes to brand positioning and differentiation.
  • Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure that the copy aligns with visual and strategic campaign objectives.
  • Regularly test new copywriting techniques and strategies to optimize content effectiveness, aiming for continuous improvement in audience engagement.

Competencies

Copy or Creative Experience

  • You have more than 3 years experience working within creative or marketing teams.
  • You have experience developing concepts, messaging strategy and copy for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Preferably with experience in Marketing, startups, or fintech industries.

Writing Skills

  • You follow best practices when crafting and eleveting copy quality across channels and formats.
  • Exceptional ability in writing clear, engaging, and persuasive copy.
  • Strong command of language, tone, and style, adaptable to different audiences and marketing channels.

Creativity and Innovation

  • You understand various marketing goal, channels, formats and adapt copy for each.
  • Creativity in conceptualizing impactful, relevant content.
  • Ability to generate fresh ideas for new content and adapt old ideas to new formats.

Attention to Detail

  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in grammar, messaging, and brand voice.

Adaptability and Learning

  • Ability to receive and integrate feedback effectively.
  • Willingness to learn from analytics and adapt writing styles to meet changing market and audience demands.
