ROLE:

We're seeking a talented Copywriter to join our team and play a key role in executing our marketing strategies and creating engaging content across various platforms. As a vital member of our team, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from updating client documentation to producing blogs and case studies, optimizing YouTube content, managing social media, and more. The candidate will have weekly trainings on script writing for clients and reviewing copies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Craft high-quality content to drive marketing initiatives and develop persuasive CTAs guiding users through the brand journey.
  • Compose effective email marketing campaigns for engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize copy effectiveness.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of your copy, using data-driven insights to refine and improve future content.
  • Analyze and summarize metrics/data to identify trends and make recommendations
  • Leverage A.I to accelerate ideation, content development, and SEO performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams.
  • Write client case studies from interviews.
  • Optimize YouTube content for visibility and engagement.
  • Manage YouTube shorts creation
  • Perform monthly SEO analysis and Google Analytics reporting.
  • Produce and publish blogs based on interviews or original content.
  • Review and provide feedback on video assets.
  • Create DM scripts for Lead Generation Services clients.
  • Produce monthly highlight reels of client wins.
  • Prepare event descriptions.
  • Create copy for social media to promote events, blogs, testimonials, etc. .
  • Website tasks: optimization, publishing case studies, blogs
  • Prepare for Dream Firms Network interviews including client introductions, interview questions, and call booking links.
  • Assist clients with copywriting needs and guidance.
  • Review and approve client social media posts monthly.
  • Monitor copywriting threads and exercises in the DFN community and contribute insights.

RESULTS:

  • Produce 5-7 emails/wk
  • Produce 2+ case study/mo from interviews
  • Produce & Publish 4 blogs per month
  • Continually update blogs to maintain and improve keyword rankings for SEO.
  • Manage YT shorts creation: 2 to 3 per video
  • Completion of ongoing tasks and ad hoc participation in coaching and training initiatives set forth by the ownership.
  • Regularly assist clients with editing their copy
  • Produce advertising copy and landing page copy for paid media on an as-needed basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Copywriter/Content Writer
  • Experience with building content strategies and implementing them
  • Professional at all times (direct, timely, and coachable)
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and SEO writing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Quick learning ability coupled with a passion for taking on new projects.

Location: Fully Remote

Salary: $55,000

We use Slack – it is the primary communication tool. We value over-communication (the more context the better) We value speed in communication (be prompt in responding or provide context as to why you may be slow to respond) Full Weekly Team Meetings, Daily check-ins with the Director of Sales and Regular ad-hoc meetings with peers and clients.
