Role Summary

The Senior Messaging Marketing Manager will be a pivotal player in creating content that translates marketing objectives into captivating campaigns that inspire action across all our go-to-market channels. The ideal candidate has experience in creating content for multiple mediums like email, website landing pages, long-form content, blog articles, and digital ads. Your charismatic nature and ability to story tell will enable you to translate ideas onto pen and paper. This is a cross-functional role where you'll be working with marketers, designers and executional operation partners to help bring our messaging to life for the customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Create/review copywriting deliverables including: landing page messaging, email copy, blog posts, product marketing materials, and external advertising copy.
  • Translate strategic direction from creative briefs into powerful and impactful communications
  • Write clear, persuasive, compelling and original copy, headlines, taglines and calls to action to engage with all of Chase Payment Solutions customers.

About you:

  • Passionate about writing and using that passion to create engaging content
  • A creative thinker and excellent communicator with stellar writing and listening skills
  • Have the ability to handle multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail
  • A team player who collaborates well cross-functionally with key internal partners
  • An expert on how words work in harmony with design and can flex your writing style to reach our audiences through different types of mediums
  • A stickler for grammar and have an eagle eye for typos
  • An all-around amazing person who inspires those around them

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience of copywriting, conceptualization, and editing
  • A four-year degree in advertising, marketing, English, or related field
  • Creative, design-focused knowledge
  • Experience developing copy/concept of creative from inception through completion
  • Excellent team/collaboration skills
  • Experience working in the small and medium-sized business industry or payments is a plus
