Responsibilities

  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Perform budget preparation and monitoring, providing valuable insights to optimize financial performance.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Conduct regular financial reconciliations, ensuring accuracy of records.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements, presenting findings to management.
  • Own customer invoicing process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and streamline processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in corporate accounting, preferably in the information technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
  • Proficient in financial software and tools, with a high level of proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Confident oral and written English
