You will:
- Oversee the Firm's legal entities and their resources
- Assess the impact on Capital, Liquidity and Funding requirements on the Firm and legal entity basis from regulatory requirements.
- Assess changes to the Firm's booking models and legal entity structure, as well as analyze the impact on Capital, Liquidity and Funding requirements on the Firm and legal entity basis
- Support Legal Entity Treasurers in all aspects of managing resources (Capital, Liquidity, Funding) of the entities and their regulatory and internal requirements.
- Apply corporate finance principles in structuring and execution of strategic legal entity, business migration and booking model related projects domestically and cross border.
- Support and execute ad-hoc requests and inquiries and provide corporate finance advisory to senior management and aid in decision making process.
- Communicate and manage relationships with internal and external counterparties in the US and globally.
- Create effective presentations and present to senior management forums and regulators.
Team Profile:
Corporate Treasury provides corporate finance advisory service to senior management and internal business units. It also optimizes the Firm's liquidity and capital base, manages the Firm's foreign exchange and interest rate exposure, and coordinates relationships with regulators, rating agencies, and creditors.

QUALIFICATIONS
You have:
> Well-developed analytical capabilities, including ability to summarize complex business problems and detailed analysis with clarity and brevity
> Project Management capabilities
> A foundation in finance, accounting, or capital markets. Experience with balance sheets and financial impact analysis, Derivatives experience is of particular interest
> Diversity of thought
> Worked with challenging stakeholders and/ or deadlines to deliver positive results
> Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to adapt to your audience
> Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
> Collaboration and relationship building experience and skills

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $135,000 per at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
