Position Details: (What will you be doing?)

  • Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
  • Build costing structure from bottoms up to include time studies, costing recommendations, and process flows of costing.
  • Prepare and complete internal cost audits.
  • Assemble monthly operations budget and forecast for Kiosk Operations, Processing Operations, Procurement, Facilities and customer services
  • Partner with Operational leadership to identify variances and drive improvement actions.
  • Accountability for maintaining accurate operational financial reporting and metrics.
  • Assist in business developing business cases for operational initiatives
  • Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements.
  • Analyze the data collected and log a detailed record of the results.
  • Analyze any changes in goods or services provided in order to determine what effect it has on the cost.
  • Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
  • Make estimates of new and proposed product costs.
  • Experience managing inventory and inventory processes.
  • Provide management with reports that specify and compare factors that affect prices and profitability of products or services.
  • Assist in audits and general ledger preparation.
  • Conduct physical inventories and monitor the cycle count program.

Education & Experience: ((What education and experience will you need to be successful?)

  • Bachelors degree in accounting or related field (essential).
  • 5 years of Cost Accounting work experience (essential).
  • Experience with activity based and standard costing in support of manufacturing operations.
  • Sound understanding of accounting principles.
  • Solid cost systems background.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a production / manufacturing environment.
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills.

Pay Range (How much might you earn in your base salary?) $57,520 --$71,900 annually 

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per CA SB 1162 (“CA Pay Transparency Law”). Base pay information is based on market location. Learn more about ecoATM benefits here.

This position may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
