The Role:

We are seeking a Creative Content Lead (Writer) who will be the driving force behind all public-facing content on our social media platforms, editorial publications, newsletters, and innovative audience engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a passionate storyteller with a deep understanding of the Web3 space and a proven ability to create compelling and engaging content that resonates with our developer community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Metaschool’s brand voice and core values.
  • Create, edit, and oversee high-quality content across all social media channels to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Produce well-researched and insightful editorial content, including articles, blogs, and thought leadership pieces relevant to the Web3 and tech industries.
  • Craft engaging and informative newsletters and email campaigns aimed at nurturing and expanding our audience base.
  • Generate innovative content ideas and formats to enhance audience interaction and community growth.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, development to ensure cohesive and effective content delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to inform and refine content strategies for optimal results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously improve and evolve our content offerings.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in content creation, writing, or editorial roles, preferably within the tech or Web3 sectors.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content formats.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful content strategies that drive engagement and achieve business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement tactics, and content marketing best practices.
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovation in producing content that captivates and retains audience interest.
  • Familiarity with Web3 technologies, blockchain concepts, and the developer community is highly desirable.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with experience working effectively across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), email marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • A proactive learner with a commitment to personal and professional development in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
