We are looking for an experienced Creative Copywriter to join our Brand Team. We are a team of storytellers responsible for building InfinitePay brand and tone. We act as a creative force in developing the strategic vision, brand narrative, and brand voice.

As a Creative Copywriter - Brand, you play an essential role in developing our brand strategy, brand voice, and creative campaigns. You will find innovative ways to communicate our brand and products across multiple channels, transforming ideas into powerful narratives that resonate with our clients around the globe. You will approach challenges with a fresh eye and bring creative excellence when finding solutions, crafting inspiring work that is distinctive and remarkable. You'll collaborate closely with our Editorial, Social Content, Marketing, and Product teams to make sure our brand is consistent across multiple channels. You also will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's voice, crafting compelling messages, and outstanding narratives, and pushing the boundaries of our creative expression.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and Ideate: Be the driving force behind brainstorming sessions, contributing imaginative ideas and unique angles to fuel creative campaigns and initiatives. Collaborate with designers, and other creatives to develop concepts that are both fresh and impactful.
  • Craft best-in-class copy: Develop outstanding copy for a diverse range of platforms and projects, including concepts, scripts for videos, activation ideas, innovation projects, creative campaigns, and product launches. Drive engagement, inspire action, and leave a lasting impression on our audience.
  • Elevate our Brand Voice: Collaborate closely with the internal teams to develop a distinctive and consistent brand voice that makes us stand out. Embody the essence of our brand and ensure all copy aligns seamlessly with our brand guidelines.
  • Champion Storytelling: Immerse yourself in our brand, products, and target audience to craft captivating stories that create a deep emotional connection with consumers. Utilize storytelling techniques to communicate brand values and mission in an authentic and relatable way.
  • Grow awareness of the InfinitePay brand: Actively think of ways to help grow our brand awareness, thinking of creative ideas for earned, owned, and paid channels coming up that can help people better understand our businesses.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep a finger on the pulse of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts. Infuse your copy with innovative and relevant insights to ensure our brand stays at the forefront of creativity.
  • Collaborate closely with our Design, Growth, Editorial and Content, and CX partners to identify key moments to activate our brands across the social and cultural calendar, mixing content, partnerships, and campaigns.

Requirement and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of relevant creative writing experience, copywriting, and content strategy in advertising agencies and/or comms and marketing departments.
  • Hold a relevant degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative and self-directed.
  • Comfortable working in a highly fast-paced - sometimes chaotic - environment that requires flexibility and a startup mindset.
  • Native Portuguese speaker Advanced English.
  • Experience with Payments/Financial sectors and retail are a “nice to have”.

Desirable, but not a must:

  • Experience with Payments/Financial sectors 
  • Experience either running a fansite or participating in an online community
  • Forum moderation experience

As a member of a fully remote and distributed team, you are expected to complete tasks autonomously, being highly collaborative and self-driven.
