About your role

You will be responsible for developing compelling and persuasive written content to engage and retain Baubap clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer experience, to understand customers needs and create impactful copy that effectively communicates the value proposition of products or services. Your role will be crucial in driving client engagement, building strong relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Outcomes

  1. Analyze data and insights to identify improvement areas and optimize copy to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team (cx and retention) to develop copies for customers retention, ensuring a consistent and engaging tone across all touch points and update brand messaging and key value propositions
  3. Conduct research and collaborate with the marketing and UX/UI team to understand client demographics, preferences, pain points, and motivations.
  4. Develop engaging and persuasive copy to website, landing pages, email campaigns, social media posts, blog articles, case studies, and client success stories.

Day to day

  • Compelling copy for various channels
  • Source images and other content
  • Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice
  • Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements
  • Conduct high-quality research and interviews
  • Edit and proofread copy as needed
  • Collaborate with designers, branding and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects
  • Continuously refine and evolve the brand's messaging guidelines to stay relevant and compelling to the target audience.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's brand guidelines

Requirements

What you bring to the team

  • 3+ years' of marketing or copywriting experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Professional English level
  • Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Passion for engaging written content, storytelling, and the development of big ideas
  • Team-spirited, skilled and imaginative writer with an eye for detail.
