We're seeking a talented Creative Designer with a deep understanding of the USA market and a knack for crafting compelling designs that drive marketing and sales success.

What You Will Do:

  • Analyzing client's requests.
  • Brainstorm ideas and concepts for clients.
  • Designing or searching for static or dynamic thumbnails.
  • Writing strong, clear, persuasive, and original ad copies.
  • Develop animated & video creative ads (other formats required - learn how to, etc).
  • Collaborating with a team to create engaging multimedia content that resonates with both B2C and B2B audiences.

Job requirements

Who you are:

  • 1+ years of experience in developing creative solutions for integrated digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to create and develop new creative approaches and lines.
  • Knowledge of understanding the right tone of voice that successfully engages, informs, and delights both B2C and B2B audiences.
  • Strong ad copy writing skills.
  • Good skills in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick mind and stress resistance able to process large amounts of information.
  • Ability to be a creative storyteller who knows how to package and create multimedia content that grabs attention in an online/digital environment across different formats.
  • Good team working skills, keen to foster a collaborative creative environment.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience leading ads through all phases of development including research, concepting, and production.
  • Experience in sales/advertising sphere 
  • Good skills in Adobe Premiere Pr

Languages proficiency:

  • Fluent English
