Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Generate original design concepts while maintaining brand consistency and messaging integrity.
  • Provide creative direction and guidance to team members, overseeing projects from inception to completion.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating innovative design techniques into project workflows.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive team culture, fostering creativity, innovation, and professional development.

Primary Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Adobe XD Photoshop, and Illustrator) and other relevant design software.
  • Strong grasp of UX/UI design principles with experience in digital platform design.
  • Designing user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Focusing on the overall user experience, including usability, accessibility, and user satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Sound understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and provide constructive feedback.
  • Demonstrated experience leading design projects with a robust portfolio showcasing creative excellence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Leadership abilities, including the capacity to inspire and motivate team members, foster collaboration, and drive results.
  • Knowledge of branding and marketing strategies, with the ability to align design solutions with broader business goals.

Good To Have

  • Proficiency in motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
  • Experience working in an IT agency or remote environment.
