What You Will Do:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Creative Producer to join the Global Original Content team. The Content team is responsible for developing, adapting, and producing contents of all formats for the global audience based on our game IPs.

As a key member of the team, you will lead the development and production by working closely with directors, writers, creative partners, and artists (both internally and externally). We are looking for proactive and passionate candidates with good creative judgement, ideally with a proven record of developing and producing high quality contents of all formats (short-format vs. long-format, animated or live-action).

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Brainstorm original ideas and pitch the projects internally
  • Identify most suitable production resources to execute the projects
  • Collaborate closely with other creative/production members (i.e. directors, writers, storyboard artists, designers, etc.) throughout development and production phases
  • Have a good understanding of the pipeline, the process and different production stages in the project, independently keep track and manage the project
  • Plan and manage production schedules and budget
  • Advocate team goals and company visions
  • Build and manage relationships with external partners

What We Are Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience producing filmed entertainment contents (long-format preferred)
  • Associate degree or above, cinema/art/design related majors are preferred
  • Proven successful record within TV and film industry with a particular interest on game IP adaptations
  • Ability to respond after hours for important, timely or urgent matters
  • Team-player who operates in a fast paced team-oriented setting
  • Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
  • Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Apps, experience in Shotgun is preferred
  • Curiosity, grit and capacity to learn about the unknowns
  • Ability to independently manage the whole project or several stages of a project
  • Business proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred
  • Genshin Impact AR 55+ highly preferred
