As a Creative Recruiter at Brightscout, you will specialize in identifying and hiring top creative and tech talent.
This role is pivotal to building our design teams and ensuring exceptional client work. You’ll own the recruitment lifecycle, leveraging your industry expertise to attract top talent and support their professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment for creative and similar roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Develop sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Partner with design leadership to align hiring with business goals.
- Build relationships with candidates and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and act as a Brightscout brand ambassador.
- Stay informed on creative industry trends and provide market insights
- Track recruitment metrics and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
