To help Booksy capitalize on the massive opportunities ahead, we are currently looking for a CRM Marketing Team Lead to help us take our communication strategies to new heights. Requirements
What you'll do
- Own Booksy’s omni-channel communication strategy across e-mail, push, and sms
- Create a combined roadmap for Booksy’s eCRM + LCM teams and empower teams towards execution
- Manage a team of 3+ direct reports
- Monitor eCRM + LCM program performance against key conversion and retention KPIs to identify trends, surface opportunities, and improve performance to achieve increasing targets
- Support product marketing and regional marketing teams in delivering against their monthly acquisition targets
- Drive Booksy’s business relationship with Iterable and make additional technology recommendations to achieve best-in-class communication programs
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between martech tools leveraging APIs, webhooks, etc.
- Serve as a technical liaison between marketing and Booksy’s engineering organization to ensure that marketing has all of the proper events set up to execute highly segmented and personalized lifecycle programs
- Map key KPIs and health metrics for Booksy’s communication programs and work with adjacent teams to ensure that all comms are held to a certain standard
- Support eCRM team in establishing a framework for launching agile communication tests
- Oversee the process of lifting best practices from eCRM campaigns into Booksy’s automated lifecycle journeys
- Stay on top of industry trends to ensure Booksy’s communication strategies remain relevant and effective
Desired skills and experience:
- 5+ years of experience in e-mail marketing
- Experience leading a small team of specialists
- A background in beauty, technology, or even both
- Hands-on experience with state of art email marketing tools including the use of automated audience segmentation interfaces
- Working understanding of JSON and HTML for building complex personalized email journeys
- Global experience and understanding of working across international markets
- A keen analytical mind as a tool for sound decision making
- Proven ability to drive collaboration across multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization, including executive reporting
- A self-starter, able to identify required action and execute with minimal supervision
- Experience managing several simultaneously executing projects while keeping project management, scheduling and communication cleanly operational
- Excel at rapid decision-making, consensus building and conflict resolution, all within the context of hard deadlines and the need to demonstrate results
