🧠 ABOUT THE ROLE

As the first CRM/Email Marketing Manager at LiveFlow, you'll be in charge of setting up and managing our email campaigns and customer relationships. Your job will be to make sure our emails reach and resonate with our customers.

You'll also give us feedback on how our products are received and help shape how we go to market with them. Essentially, you'll be the go-to person for all things related to email and customer communication.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Develop and execute CRM marketing strategies that achieve business goals, such as lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer retention. (see our customers)
  • Convert leads to MQLs and MQLs to SQLs by creating tailored email campaigns
  • Increase product activation rates by creating targeted email and customer lifecycle campaigns 
  • Work closely with our founding team on developing a Sales Playbook, defining our go-to-market strategy, and shaping our product direction

🧳 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • You are hands-on and have been working on CRM/Email marketing at a high-growth startup
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in CRM and Email marketing (B2B is a plus!)
  • Strong understanding of Analytics, CRM and Email marketing software such as Customer.io and Segment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with A/B testing and data analysis
  • You are humble, you ask a lot of questions, are naturally curious and hungry to achieve impressive things in life and work
