OUTSIDE Accounting is a fast paced, dynamic team in need of a knowledgeable Accounts Receivable Specialist. At Outside we like to identify them as Customer Account Specialists- as they help manage the full cycle client experience, from invoicing, payment application and customer support questions.

Within 1 month, you will:

  • Get to know your list of Accounts
  • Getting familiar with the Account Receivable Systems- NetSuite, SalesForce, Adbook
  • Start with Level 1 collection Efforts
  • Meet the Sales Reps you will be supporting
  • Approve new invoices

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Send Customer Account Statements
  • Complete Account Reconciliations
  • Working with Sales Reps in keeping their accounts up to date
  • Analyzing Trends with past due accounts

Within 12 months, you will:

  • Working with Cash App to clean up unapplied cash
  • Help with Canadian Tax return and reporting
  • Understanding and gathering all necessary back-up for Audit, or collection Agency
  • Completing all necessary steps to send delinquent accounts to outside collections agency
  • Help Monitor Department wide communication streams- Email, Cases, Phone

What YOU bring to Outside: (Preferred Qualifications)

In addition to courteous, friendly, businesslike behavior, the following qualifications are fundamental to this position:

  • 2+ Years Accounts Receivable experience
  • Must be a self-starter who is able to take initiative on projects and to plan and organize their time.
  • Proven ability and skill in both writing and editing for Customer Service efforts
  • Proven ability to work with others in a cooperative team effort.
  • Proven computer skills. (Excel, Netsuite, Salesforce)
  • Proven ability to efficiently manage and organize own time.

Entirely remote jobs that could be performed in Colorado: Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $48,000 to $65,000. Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, Flexible Time Away, sick leave, and more. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
