In this role, you will be using the power of storytelling to celebrate our customers - by showcasing the value and impact they derive from their partnership with Betterup.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive the customer advocacy strategy for Betterup including the nature and type of customer success stories, the sourcing and publishing strategy and the right marketing channels to demonstrate impact
  • Identify, showcase and amplify the success stories of Betterup customers through various content types and channels such as case studies, testimonials, references, reviews, videos, webinars, social, PR and other media
  • Partner with the Betterup executive team , account managers, customer success managers,, product managers and rest of marketing to identify and source the right kind of customer stories for maximum impact 
  • Be the internal and external authority on what success as a Betterup customer looks like with focus on customer pain points, Betterup’s solution and the best articulation of value to customers
  • Coordinate references for strategic marketing initiatives including campaign inclusion, analyst reports, event keynotes and more
  • Define, develop and measure against objectives, measurement milestones, metrics and KPIs for customer storytelling, regularly reporting results to leadership across marketing and cross-functional partners
  • Drive recognition and love for Betterup’s brand and products.

If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

  • 3 to 5 years experience in B2B product marketing 
  • Outstanding storytelling skills and executive presence  
  • Craftpersonship. Ability to translate market intel into value props and narratives that are effective and even a touch magical.
  • Bias toward action. Ability to identify the job to be done, then simplify into something tangible we can build from together.
  • Organize to win. Ability to step up to lead cross-functional co-creation and step back to support. 
  • Practice imagination. Ability to connect many dots of knowledge and think beyond the traditional constructs of the role, industry, project, etc. to elevate the company and team. 
  • Work to learn. Ability to see challenges as opportunities to learn and quickly get to a level of knowledge that allows you to create progress.
  • Playful. Ability to find fun and opportunity in ambiguity. We get to do work we care about with people we care about.

At BetterUp, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, residence location, as well as market indicators. The range below is representative of base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits. This range may be modified in the future.

The base salary range for this role is $135,100 – $229,400.

If you live in New York, the base salary range for this role is:

$152,950 – $229,400: New York City

$143,950– $215,950: Nassau, Newburgh

$135,100 – $202,650: Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse
