We are looking for experienced candidates for the role of Customer Care Specialist to add to our team.
Job Description
· Sales Support - Assist the sales team in booking calls
· Follow up with our pool of prospects to garner interest in our offer/bonuses/promotions
· Post-Sales Support – Assist in the success of our members by following them throughout their journey
· Expedite the resolution of customer care requests
· Report member feedback/improvement opportunities to the relevant departments
· Monitor NPS responses and take action accordingly
· Conduct regular surveys and strategize new ways to exceed the expectations of service excellence for our members
Qualifications
· We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives on challenges, has excellent people skills and a knack for getting ahead of problems before they arise.
· A passion for continuous learning and a strong team mentality is essential.
· Italian and English language proficiency is required.
· Previous customer care or after-sales experience will put you ahead of the competition.
· Availability to work in p.vat
