We are looking for an independent, forward-thinking Training & Education Manager to join our Customer Success Team. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that our training and education materials enable our customers to accomplish their goals on our platform successfully. This also comprises to help them absorb the complexities of carbon accounting and decarbonisation.
How You’ll Make An Impact
At Plan A, you'll be working with hundreds of companies to successfully manage their net-zero journey and ESG reporting. More precisely, we are looking for someone to:
- Be our voice on the product, working closely with product teams to integrate education right into our user flows plus creating additional guides and resources to ensure our customers can easily navigate the platform.
- Own the development of our Help Centre, including right-on-time article creation and updates as required.
- Work closely with our marketing and carbon accounting teams to ensure that our latest research and thought-leadership is accessible to our customers.
- Work hand in hand with our customer support associates to ensure that our training materials and Help Centre contents match the topics and depth required as observed on the support side.
- Own the instructional design and creation of our proactive training materials on our platform such as tooltips, videos, and others.
- Leverage web analytics software such as Hotjar or Mixpanel to identify learning needs and opportunities in the user flows of our software as well as monitor the adoption of integrated learning contents
- Coordinate with Carbon Accounting, Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure that our operations are seamlessly integrated into our overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience in training, education, or learning at a SaaS startup a must
- Strong expertise in instructional design is a plus
- You have a clear understanding of how customers work with software products, and can clearly translate this knowledge into useful materials for our customers
- You are an excellent communicator in written and verbal form, helping our customers and our teams understand the problems we are trying to solve
- Knowledgeable on tooling related to client services and how we can best serve customers on our teams
- Analytically minded, you know how to find the appropriate information to report on and how to share this across the organisation
