Customer Experience Analyst

About the team: CEO Stefanos was the global Head of Messenger at Facebook. CTO Yandong was CTO of Strava. Other founding members have experience working for Google, Facebook, Uber and other startups.

Responsibilities

  • Be the “first line of defense” for leads and customers looking to solve common questions (be agents in Zendesk) [KPI: % leads passed]
  • Triage incoming requests and create and monitor tickets [KPI: # tickets created / solved]
  • Collect customer feedback and update FAQs (suggestion to Head of Sales) as needed
  • Handle reporting of bugs to team and to Meta

Requirements

  • English speaker (proficient)
  • Knowing portuguese is a plus
  • Medium/advanced Excel

$10,000 - $15,000 a year

(location-specific legal requirements permitting).
