- Work schedule is 3 days a week, 12 hours per day or Friday to Sunday ,7:00am - 8:00 am Brisbane time
- This role is only available in the Philippines.
- This is a permanent work-from-home role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
- Quality control and damage claims from guests and/or booking channels.
- Accepting and modifying bookings.
- Managing cleaners for all listing at check-out date.
- Responsible for guest reviews and claims for any damages.
- Attend weekly scrum meeting to talk about issues and to-dos.
- Assigning all maintenance issues with suppliers.
- Rostering cleaners and checking they have completed their tasks.
- Ordering consumables and furniture for properties.
- Organizing suppliers' such as coordinating entry with guests.
- Coordinating delivery and installation of furniture and supplies.
- Other related tasks assigned by the reporting manager will be communicated to the Contractor.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Proficiency in using booking and property management systems.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
