Job requirements

✨ Are you ready to embark on this journey with us?

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Proficiency in customer activation and onboarding
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment
  • Exceptional command of both spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Previous experience as a Team Lead or Quality Control Expert in customer support is a significant advantage
  • Preferably based in Portugal or the Netherlands (remote is also an option but within the EU time zone)

🗓️ What does your quest here entail?

  • Interact with B2B customers for additional information related to tasks and projects assigned.
  • Manage, analyze, and validate the data in internal systems related to churn, renewals, and revenue growth.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, take ownership of their journey and collaborate seamlessly across teams to ensure each customer achieves successful activation.
  • Maintain regular meetings with customers during their onboarding journey to offer continuous support and gather valuable feedback.
