We’re looking for a Customer Growth Specialist (CGS) to join our growing team. Our Customer Growth team partners closely with our Account Management team to drive our outbound sales efforts and close deals. As a Customer Growth Specialist, your main responsibilities are to close small upsells in a month and to generate pipeline through multi-channel prospecting including emails, cold calling, video, and social outreach.

This is a Remote opportunity within Canada.

What we're looking for:

  • You have 1 or more years of relevant professional experience with selling, prospecting, cold calling, emailing, networking, and researching.
  • You have a strong sense of curiosity and can uncover business initiatives and challenges that prospective customers are having. Being an effective problem solver is critical in this role.
  • Great communication skills over email, chat, phone and video calls – you’re someone who’s comfortable translating technical terms for customers who find technology confusing or intimidating.
  • You are a motivated individual who is driven to achieve goals and who can demonstrate persistence.
  • You have a growth mindset and positive attitude.
  • It’s a bonus if you have experience in the SaaS industry or have worked within the Security or IT space.
  • It’s also a bonus if you have personal experience with 1Password as it will help you quickly gain confidence in this role.

What you can expect:

  • You will research and prospect into target accounts with two goals in mind (1) to close small upsells (2) to generate interest and book meetings with the Account Management team. 
  • Plan and execute campaigns across digital channels to promote engagement, new product solutions and success.
  • You will get to know 1Password and what challenges it solves for our customers and users.
  • You will leverage an industry-leading software stack in your outbound prospecting, including Salesforce, Outreach, and Linkedin Sales Navigator.
  • You will try new things – if something isn’t working, you’ll be encouraged to be creative and to try new tactics and strategies.
