Customer Moderation Specialist

Cosmic Latte, the software-product company behind global market-leading LGBTQ+ dating applications, is looking for an English-speaking Customer Support Specialist to help out our Care Team - to support our queer applications Surge & Zoe!

How You Fit In

You're fluent in English and want to put your skills to good use. You ideally have around 30-50 hours per month to spare. You've got a laptop you can work on and can dedicate an hour or so every day to support our users. You're based anywhere as this is a remote-friendly part-time job. As a customer moderation specialist, you will be in charge of content moderation for our dating apps ensuring it's a safe and friendly space for everybody!

At Cosmic Latte, Your Role Will Be to:

  • Rejecting inappropriate public photos
  • Evaluating suspicious accounts
  • Comparing verification photos to profile photos
  • Rejecting inappropriate public photos
  • For the first two months we expect to work every day, from March only on weekends or according to the current need

We Expect You to Have:

  • B2 Level English (according to CEFR)
  • Interest in working with LGBTQ+ apps
  • Laptop
  • Other language is a huge plus
  • Commitment to dedicate your time daily
  • Ability to work under a trade contract (freelance/registration)
