The Role

About us:

Hubflo is the next-generation client OS for service businesses (agencies, solopreneurs, professional services firms, etc.)

Our mission is to help service SMBs supercharge their business and elevate their client experience.

Hubflo brings togheter all the essential tools service businesses need to manage their clients into one flexible and modern client portal

Founded last year, we are a team of 12 based between Paris and London. We raised $3M from top-tier investors (the first investors of Revolut, Deliveroo, Stripe...).

The role:

We're seeking an experience Customer Support and success manager

Your primary mission will be to turn our signups into happy customers.

As their main point of contact, you will guide them from the start of their trial to activation and regular use.

Our process is fairly low-touch, and you'll interact mainly with small business owners from various sectors.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Conducting demos (and calls) on a daily basis (inbound only) : Assisting new customers with onboarding: answering questions, guiding them through instructions
  • Understanding each business's unique challenges and recommending starting points and proper workflows.
  • Regularly checking in during the first weeks to ensure new clients are adopting the tool.
  • Responding to customer request tickets and assisting them in solving complex issues around SaaS implementation (integrations, Zappier..)
  • Leading our webinar and knowledge base strategy
  • Gathering as much feedback as possible to improve the product.

Who You Are / Desired skills

You have a solid background in customer relations, with a knack for empathetically understanding and solving users' challenges.

Experience in working with small business owners

A Fast Learner: You can quickly absorb complex information, gaining a deep understanding of Hubflo and the varied industries it serves.

An Industry Chameleon: You possess the ability to adapt and understand different business models, applying this knowledge to help users integrate Hubflo seamlessly into their operations.

Creative Problem Solving: you can use your creativity to propose solutions and workarounds that address the unique challenges of each client, enhancing their experience and satisfaction.

An Exceptional Communicator: You express ideas elegantly and effectively, making complex concepts accessible and engaging to all levels of tech-savviness.

Terms:

Available as soon as possible

Full-time or part-time (minimum 4 days per week).
