About you:

You’re an advocate for the customer and collaborate with the organization to deliver a quality product on the customer’s behalf. You enjoy managing details and timelines and understand the importance of keeping customers informed and on track. You’re comfortable with technology and identifying more efficient ways of getting the job done. You are not afraid of government process and view complexity as a welcome challenge.

In this role, you’ll...

● Engage directly with customers to address their questions and concerns via chat, email, and/or telephone

● Interact with state agencies and our filing partners to fulfill customer orders and confirm state filing requirements

● Maintain and update new customer accounts and troubleshoot account issues

● Work with Product, Engineering, and Finance to coordinate solutions for customer needs

● Organize and manage a large number of tasks

● Act promptly to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround

● Have spent time in the corporate legal world or managing compliance for companies

● Are a self-starter with enthusiasm who can work independently with minimal oversight on projects but is a team player and can support projects when needed

● Willing to roll up sleeves (no job too big, no job too small)
