Position Summary:

Reporting to the Customer Outreach Manager, the Customer Outreach Specialist will contact customers to assist them with strategic migrations and/or integrations. They will also need to work with multiple internal teams such as Finance, Network Activations, Go-To-Market, and more.

Position Location:

Position is open to Head Office, Mississauga, or Remote USA/CAN candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Contact customers by phone and email to communicate key impending changes they need to be aware of and/or take action as result of

·       Where the identified contact is no longer valid, follow the steps to identify a new contact

·       Support Customer Success Managers and/or sales with any customers who need to manually sign a contract either via Adobe Sign or wet signature

·       Explain simple technical workflows to customers

·       Diligently track all activity towards program goals

·       Work cross functionally with other teams to ensure requests are processed in a timely manner

·       Identify and implement process improvement and efficiency

·       Assist with data gathering and research

·       Investigate root cause behind data quality issues

Skills/Qualifications:

·       Advanced Excel/database skills

·       Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite

·       Strong analytical skills preferably within a B2B environment

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Strong relationship building/management skills

·       Project Management experience a definite asset

$24 - $27 an hour
