Job Overview

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide support to clients worldwide through live channels, such as phone, chat and email. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, assisting with account-related tasks, resolving technical issues, and maintaining client records. You will collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns, promote products and services, and strive to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving targeted results as part of a team effort.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist clients worldwide through live support
  • Answer emails, assist with opening of accounts, amend existing accounts, maintain client records
  • Demonstrate impeccable telephone etiquette
  • Handle back office queries
  • Support clients with technical and troubleshooting issues
  • Report to the management
  • Deal with other departments to resolve issues
  • Provide all relevant information to clients regarding documents and materials
  • Handle client inquiries appropriately and ensure that high level of service is provided
  • Promote available products and services to clients
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Contribute to the team effort by achieving targeted results

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management or any other field is a plus
  • At least one year of experience in Customer Service role
  • Native in Thai and fluent in English is a must
  • Knowledge of any other language will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word)
  • Previous experience with Crypto will be considered as an advantage
