We are ‘tech savvy’ accredited employment and payroll specialists, using our experience to provide transparent and compliance-focused employment and payroll services to End Hirers, Agencies, and Contractors since 2004.

We can employ and/or payroll the entire workforce if required, via our suite of services tailored for CIS Contractors, Self Employed Individuals, workers employed by Umbrella or PEO companies, and a Bureau Service to support Agencies' internal payroll.

Where will I work?

The role is home based but you will not be on your own. We will provide you with the equipment you need to work remotely, be effective and visually connect to your colleagues, but you will require -

  • A dedicated homework space
  • A good internet connection – at least 40Mbps Download and 10Mbps Upload
  • Happy to be on camera with your colleagues throughout the day

What will the role entail?

  • First, you will learn how to use and navigate our systems, understand and learn our processes; the ‘why’s’ and ‘how’s’
  • Then support your colleagues with the creation of new customer profiles
  • Moving onto checking customer profiles, ensuring we have all the information we require to maintain our high levels of compliance
  • Finally, you will learn first-class customer service via inbound and outbound communication.
  • And if that’s not enough, at times support internal teams with customer care

Job requirements

What experience/skills will I need to have?

We will provide you with full training, but we are looking for the following skills and personality:

  • Excellent listening and communication skills, verbal and written
  • Always have a professional manner
  • Confidence to take ownership when required
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Able to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Computer literacy
  • A ‘can-do' attitude
  • English proficiency
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or similar role
