This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 9:30am – 6:00pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise and support by conducting audits across several departments, including call, claim, eligibility, intake and system configuration
- Provide feedback and reports to team members on audit results
- Analyze information to build recommendations to reduce errors and improve process performance
- Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance
This role is equally challenging and rewarding. The entire customer service operation is reliant on your ability to audit calls and provide feedback to team members, as well as analyzing information to build recommendations.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree (or higher)
- 3+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- 1+ years of experience in a high volume call center
- Expertise in use of call center software programs
- Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday between 9:30am – 6:00pm CST including the flexibility to work occasional overtime given the business need
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
- Experience in customer service call auditing, preferably in health care
- Claims processing experience
- Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
