Customer Service Rep
Responsibilities:
- Will provide customer service (taking inbound phone calls, answering chat messages, & responding to emails) for Fortune 500 companies.
- Will interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email, helping them with all their needs.
