As a Customer Service Representative you must also be able to effectively handle complaints while consistently demonstrate behaviors the contribute to the dept. achievements service level goals CCRs work collaboratively with internal and external business partners to provide solutions bringing issues to closure on initial contact with participants.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 17.00

Maximum: 27.90

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

6 months experience in a customer service role(i.e. call center ,retail, customer service environment or relevant military experience.)

Preferred Qualifications

6 months experience in customer service role. Health care related experience or certifications

Education

verifiable High School Diploma or GED
