JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Pennsylvania State University is seeking a Customer Service Representative to s erve as a first-line liaison for internal and external customers including guests, clients, faculty, staff, students, and vendors. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Deliver quality service and correspond with a diverse customer base in person, by phone, email, fax, or regular mail
- Respond ing to routine customer questions and/or needs, provide appropriate response/service; refer to other department(s)/unit(s) as appropriate
- M ay process a variety of financial forms/ transactions and maintain inventories
- Opera ting various equipment and computer systems
- Report ing unusual situations or concerns to appropriate personnel
- Provid ing general support services to office
This position typically requires a High School Diploma or higher plus 1 year of related experience.
