PoolLogic is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join the team in a fully remote position. Serving as the voice of the company, this role is essential in ensuring that customers have a positive experience with the company's services. This is a contractor position.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding pool maintenance, scheduling, and services
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Collaborate with pool technicians and other departments to address complex customer needs
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes and policies

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent, near-native level spoken English
  • Availability to work US business hours
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in customer service or related field
  • Proficiency with common computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of pool maintenance is a plus, but not required – training will be provided!
