We can create a 3D model of any home and business so your property is displayed to the fullest. Digital signage is another great service we provide. Using our special equipment and software we can create and manage images and videos and display them on large formatted hi definition screens placed in key locations for highest number of views. Social media is a huge factor in today’s market. Sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram are very powerful tools used to reach thousands of subscribers using a combination of text and images. We will create and manage your new accounts or maintain existing ones posting new material and keeping your customer base informed of any changes or specials offered. We at Slazer Technologies understand the need for IT support on a daily basis. We can provide onsite and remote support to resolve your issues. We can also put training videos together allowing users to better understand their environment and how to do basic troubleshooting themselves to avoid interruption in daily tasks.

We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • 1-3 years experience in customer service, sales, customer facing or client relations role is a plus
  • Must be detail-oriented and have great organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and as a team player to gather and analyze information from multiple sources
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Reliable transportation
