We're in search of a Customer Support Representative with a passion for holistic health and wellness, who will be an integral part of our chiropractic team. A successful candidate will be someone who genuinely loves engaging with people and brings a natural warmth and exuberance to their interactions over the phone. With a dynamic personality and a proactive approach, you'll ensure our patients always receive impeccable service from the first ring.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage warmly and effusively with every patient, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued right from the start of their interaction with our clinic.
  • Efficiently handle patient scheduling, ensuring optimal timings for both practitioners and patients.
  • Proactively reach out to patients for appointment reminders and rescheduling, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Interpret, process, and post Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) accurately.
  • Build and maintain a positive rapport with our patients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive the utmost care and attention during every interaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer support role; experience in a medical or wellness setting is a plus.
  • A natural, chipper demeanor over the phone with the ability to convey warmth and enthusiasm.
  • Proficiency in using computers and relevant software or applications.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ensuring positive interactions with diverse patient populations.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles, especially related to accounts receivable and posting of EOBs.
