Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). As a CSR, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and providing support to our valued clients. This position requires someone who is proficient in managing chatbot conversations, emails, and client interactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding new clients, updating events on the calendar, and supporting the company's mission to deliver top-notch service.
We are seeking a dedicated team player that is eager to be part of a growing human optimization tech company and NEEDS to VIBE with all of us and the WORLD.
This person will be a self-starter, very patient, and quick to initiate any project. We are also looking for someone who can effectively communicate with leads, prospects, our existing community, and team members. This person needs to be able to represent the brand.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor chatbot conversations and ensure prompt and accurate responses
- Monitor the high-level conversations section and provide necessary assistance or escalate issues as needed
- Monitor Vibrophile communications and promptly address inquiries or concerns
- Monitor and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Update events in the event calendar accurately and maintain up-to-date information
- Contact event coordinators and complete event applications as required
- Onboard new clients via phone calls, providing them with necessary information and guidance
- Support and organize calendar by scheduling reminders and updates
- Attend a weekly one-hour company meeting
- Add new clients to the Vibrophile pro app to ensure their seamless access to our services (And support New customers that are added to our affiliate program and owners chat.)
Job Requirements
- Prior experience working with chatbots and conversational AI technologies
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
- Proficiency in spoken and written English to effectively communicate with customers
- Friendly and approachable demeanor to build positive relationships with clients
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Proficiency in email communication to handle customer inquiries and provide necessary assistance
- Tech Stack: GSuite, CRM,(High Level) FB/ IG/ Google Ads, Canva, Storybrand Web Dev, Zoom
