Customer Service Representative (Healthcare)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Make and receive Inbound/outbound calls to resolve customer queries, open tickets and assign to necessary departments.
- Receiving calls and data entry using ClinicMind Software- Scheduling/Rescheduling/Canceling appointments, Task Management.
- Process transactions and update customer accounts as necessary, customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Respond to emails, chats, tickets.
- Strong Communication skills to interact with customers and different departments.
- Follow communication spiels when handling different topics but also have the flexibility to adapt to conversations as needed.
- Create reports using Google Drive.
- Meet service level agreements set forth.
- Perform other duties as assigned Ex. calls for survey projects, call back requests, and creating and managing appointments.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes.
Qualifications:
- Must be a college graduate or college-level
- At least 1 year healthcare experience is required, and customer care experience in BPO
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Very flexible to adapt to change
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Familiarity with Healthcare is a plus.
- Proficiency in using various communication platforms
- Must be willing to work between US Eastern to Pacific Time Zones
Position Requirements:
- Must have a stable internet connection minimum of 5 MBPS
- Must have a mobile data plan as a backup
- Must be in a quiet environment
- Must be comfortable working the US business hours
- Must own a PC with at least 16 GB of memory
