Requirements
- Handle incoming calls from patients regarding service and treatment inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to patients and understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions
- Utilize the office's management software and services to accurately and effectively schedule patient treatments
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the internal office team
- Proficient with Word and Excel
- Detail oriented
- Experience as a customer call agent desired
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and possibly weekends and overtime as required.
