Customer Success Manager

What you will do:  

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the onboarding process, success planning, and ongoing optimization of Cymulate solutions
  • Act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor, offering best practices, insights into emerging threats, and guidance on leveraging Cymulate's platform to enhance the customer’s security posture
  • Ensure customers remain satisfied with the services by proactively educating customers on functional capabilities, new product features, and possible upgrades that align with business needs and security goals
  • Measure customers’ achievement of these key performance indicators and report those both internally and externally
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for expanding Cymulate’s usage across the customer’s organization
  • Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and feature requests  

What you will have:   

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, project management, and/or consultative roles with a proven track record of success, particularly in managing enterprise accounts in the cybersecurity industry 
  • Experience in the cybersecurity field with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts, solutions, and security outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Direct experience as a cybersecurity consultant is an advantage
  • Proactive approach to problem solving with the ability to make independent decisions
  • Proven success in building and maintaining long-term relationships with enterprise clients, fostering trust, driving customer success, and exceeding retention and growth targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment 
  • Fluency in English and German
