Role
As a Customer Success Manager at DISCO, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer experience and driving success. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture and grow our customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and expansion. You’ll work closely with our Head of Customer Success to implement strategies that align with our customers' needs and our business objectives. A successful candidate is:

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their unique needs and how DISCO can meet them
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues proactively
- Collaborate with the product team to communicate customer feedback and influence product development
- Guide customers through onboarding, product updates, and new features, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, working closely with the sales team to realize these opportunities
- Lead renewal and upsell conversations, ensuring a high retention rate
- Analyze customer usage data to identify trends and make recommendations for improved engagement and success
- Provide training and support to customers, tailoring your approach to their specific needs and learning styles
- Work on cross-functional projects to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in the SaaS or music industry
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention rates
- Ability to manage challenging conversations and build rapport with ease
- Experience with CRM and customer success tools
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Passion for the music industry and technology
- Knowledge of DISCO is a plus
