Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager based in the EU to join our growing team! This role will be reporting to the Head of Customer Success, and you will be responsible for acting as a bridge between the support and the sales team.


What You’ll Do:

  • Take care of our customers from the moment they start their journey with us
  • Develops Healthy Customer Relationships
  • Enhances Customer Training
  • Evaluate and Analyse Customer Needs
  • Builds Trust and Transparency with Clients
  • Onboards New Clients
  • Acts as a Customer Advocate
  • Encourages Customers to Upgrade their Products
  • Promotes Customer Loyalty
  • Handle up to 10 customers at a time.
  • Interacts will all stakeholders: Customer, Engineering, Services experts
  • Maintains the backlog

Job requirements

The Right Person Would Have:

  • 5+ years' experience as a customer success manager
  • SaaS Industry Knowledge relating to supporting the manufacturing sector
  • Experience in Relationship Management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Preferrable technical knowledge and prior presales experience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
