Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our valued customers. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the entire customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality using Salesforce
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Converting leads into opportunities, particularly focusing on the international market.
  • Providing dental expertise to help customers identify areas of concern and demonstrating how our solutions can help.
  • Encouraging customers to share pictures of their teeth to better understand their needs and facilitate effective consultations.
  • Successfully booking customers for appointments, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to service delivery.
  • Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring high conversion rates from leads to clinic show-ups.
  • Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer service or customer success role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Experience in sales or lead conversion, particularly in an international market, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of dental products or services is a bonus, with the ability to provide expertise and recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate customer records and documentation via Salesforce
  • Track record of meeting KPIs and achieving high conversion rates from leads to clinic appointments.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable, allowing you to effectively interact with customers and colleagues in these languages.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
