Customer Support Advisor - Dutch/Flemish
Position: Dutch/Flemish Customer Support Advisor
Location: Work from home remotely from anywhere in Greece

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all incoming contacts from customers of a banking company through various channels (emails and outbound calls)
- Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
- Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
- Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- C2 level of Dutch/Flemish and C1 English, both oral and written
- Passionate about customers and customer service
- Problem-solving skills
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Stable internet connection
- Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
