Position: Dutch/Flemish Customer Support Advisor

Location: Work from home remotely from anywhere in Greece

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle all incoming contacts from customers of a banking company through various channels (emails and outbound calls)
  • Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
  • Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
  • Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • C2 level of Dutch/Flemish and C1 English, both oral and written
  • Passionate about customers and customer service
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Upbeat and positive attitude
  • Stable internet connection
  • Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
