Who We Are

Nested is redefining estate agency in the UK. For too long, sellers have been subjected to unresponsive agents and broken processes. With a combination of groundbreaking technology and expert local agents, Nested is fixing the whole moving experience one problem at a time.

As one of the fastest-growing estate agents in London, we’re a wildly ambitious team — backed by leading VCs that funded the likes of Spotify and Revolut, and led by experienced, hands-on founders. At Nested, you’ll find a crew of friendly and collaborative problem-solvers each contributing to a new era for home movers. And when work is over, there’s plenty of socialising, from film nights to sports days.

If redefining the property industry is something that motivates you, and you’re looking to take your career to the next level, come and join the team at Nested.

The Role

Do you have the voice of an angel and the empathy of Mother Theresa? Nested need a tenacious problem solver to own the Nested phone experience, giving every caller a delightful experience.

From anxious sellers looking for updates on their sale, to buyers giving heart eyes to a property, you will be a core part of the engine room that makes every caller leave with a smile.

You will be the voice of Nested, often being the first port of call for a new client. But with great power comes great responsibility.

If we’ve missed a call, you hustle to get back as soon as possible. If someone is desperate to see a property, you’ll move heaven and earth (or maybe just another appointment) to get it booked in.

Each call will be different, and your endearing manner will be able to empathise when something is going so great for a sale, or celebrate when someone has completed their move!

You’ll need to be handy around a computer, we’re a tech startup so that means learning our systems and ensuring everyone is following the right processes so we can give a seamless customer experience.

It’s not an easy job, we have hundreds of sellers and buyers across London at any one time. But for a motivated people-person this role is your opportunity to shine.
