Our company is seeking a friendly and empathetic Customer Support Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. The Customer Support Associate must have excellent communication skills, be proficient in problem-solving, and have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues and concerns.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain customer databases and update customer information.
  • Assist with order processing and tracking.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and concerns.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Salesforce.
